Dissertation is devoted to research of structural-functional condition of bone tissue in children with chronic pyelonephritis and also to work up of correction methods of its disturbances with aim of efficacy increase of rehabilitation stage. It was revealed reduction of indexes of structural-functional characteristics of bone tissue in 37,4 % of children with chronic pyelonephritis are being a result of reduced level of bone change and slow osteosynthesis owing to disturbed hormonal regulation of mineral homeostasis, it is more expressed in girls at the age of 10-12 and 15 years, in patients with obstructive forms of chronic pyelonephritis, latent and long current of disease, at presence in a child of bone fractures in anamnesis, and also at reduced level of physical development. It was revealed that a traditional complex of sanatorium-resort treatment in children with chronic pyelonephritis brings to improvement of bone tissue condition, and take combined preparations of calcium and vitamine D increases its efficacy. It was shown that prescription of antihomotoxic scheme of treatment of osteopenia is more acceptable on the ambulatory stage of rehabilitation.
