Rudenko L. Comparative evaluation of the current development of miners' cities in Donbass

Object of research: economic and social processes occurring in miner's cities. The purpose of research: generalization theoretical, development of methodical and applied rules for reception of a comparative estimation of development of miner's cities of Donbass in view of specificity of their functioning. Methods of research: dialectic, system, economic-legal, factoring, statistical, comparison, interrogation, logic and comparative analysis. Theoretical and practical results: are profound, have found the further development and the scientific-theoretical rules by a comparative estimation of modern development of miner's cities are advanced. The theoretical conclusions are lead up to a level of the concrete recommendations used in practical activity of bodies of local self-management at the decision of questions, negative social overcoming negative social, economic and ecological consequences of development of miner's cities. The conclusions and materials generalized in the dissertation, are used in educational process at teaching disciplines "Strategic management", "the International economic relations", "Investment". Scientific novelty: the complex of scientific-methodical rules by definition of a comparative estimation of modern development of miner's cities in spatial-temporary measurement is proved: the information system of the tax and analysis of the data about development of miner's cities and methodical maintenance of the analysis of development of miner's cities is offered; the organizational maintenance of monitoring of development of miner's cities with allocation of its basic elements is developed. Are advanced: receptions of the comparative analysis of parameters of development of territories, approaches to use factoring of the analysis for an establishment of a level of development of territories, methods of interrogation of the population. Have received the further development a grouping of the factors influencing development of territory and classification of the reasons depression of a condition of miner's cities. Sphere of use is the activity of regional and regional administrations, bodies of local self-management; higher educational institutions.
