Kinash B. Constitutional-legal norms: theory and practice of realization

In dissertation research are examined theoretical and practical problems of realization of constitutional-legal norms. The author, investigating scientific works of scientists, lawyers, other experts of the Ukrainian and foreign legislation, is analyzed main conceptual aspects of scientific development of a problem. It is opened the theoretical potential bases, methodology and research receptions. Substantial, structural, functional features of constitutional-legal of law, their role and a place in national legal systems are characterized. Explanations are given and the maintenance of the basic functions of the constitution and constitutional-legal norms is found out and is determined essence and social value of the last. It is leaded complex analysis of concept and forms of realization of constitutional-legal of them. Thus specificity of each of forms is analyses and their features are revealed. Separately the author is leaded researches of objective laws of application as special forms of realizationof сonstitutional-legal norms. In work conceptual bases of realization of modern сonstitutional-legal reform in Ukraine are determined and analyses. It is proved perspective directions, ways, means, conditions and the whole improvements of realization of сonstitutional-legal norms.
