Dolyanovskaya I. Criminal Responsibility for Children's Exploitation

The dissertation is dedicated to the problems of criminal responsibility for exploitation of children. The work deals with the factors of social conditionality of criminal responsibility and description of corpus delicti. The candidate for a degree justifies, on the regulations of the normative and legal documents on children rights, the necessity of provision in the article of law 150 Criminal Code of Ukraine for responsibility for economic exploitation of children and exclusion of the first part from the wording currently in law of the article of law 150 Criminal Code of Ukraine. The new grounds are given for the subject-matter of corpus delicti of economic exploitation of children as well as finding a place for the article of law 150 Criminal Code of Ukraine in the issue 5 Special section in the Criminal Code of Ukraine; the subject-matter of such notions as "economic exploitation of children", "causing severe damage to health of children", "causing severe damage to education of child", "sexual exploitation of children". There is delimitation between economic exploitation of children and sexual exploitation of children, other closely-related offences.
