Samofalova M. The between-two-wars historiography of mutual relations between secular authorities and Orthodox Church in Ukraine

Dissertation is a complex research of the between-two-wars historiography of mutual relations between government bodies and Church structures in Ukraine. It researches the between-two-wars historiography condition of state-church relations, defines factors affecting the process of historiography formation. The scientific elaboration of the problem is studied; historiography and history source complex is analyzed. The dissertation analyzes the coverage in the between-two-wars literature level of the following state-church relation aspects in Ukraine: Kyiv Russia Christening historical circumstance, role and consequences; role and functions Orthodox Church in society in various times; state and church structures mutual relation legal and economical bases; reasons of Orthodox Church dissidence, renovation church divisions rise and spreading.
