Shukalovych V. Strategy of Developing of Dairy Subcomplex Enterprises

Subject of research: the process of working out the strategy of developing milk subcomplex enterprises. Objective of research: substantiating the theoretical and methodical principles and developing practical recommendations related to working out the strategy of developing milk subcomplex enterprises. Research technignes: statistics and economic, abstract and logical, matrix, calculation and constructive, index analysis, .trend analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical results lie in enriching the science with new theoretical and methodological approaches to carrying out the task of working out the strategy of milk subcomplex enterprise development under conditions of market environment variability. The practical significance of the results obtained is determined by the whole complex of recommendations and suggestions related to developing, introducing and implementing the basis approaches the strategy of developing milk subcomplex enterpriseson the basis of improving the process of dairy production, as well as of the organizational and economic mechanism of interrelations between dairy producers and processors. Scientific novelty: for the first time the methodological approach developing the strategy of milk subcomplex enterprise development is suggested; the essence of concept of the strategy of milk subcomplex enterprise development is improved; the methodological approach to evaluating the strategic priorities of milk processing enterprises purchase policy is suggested. Further improved were the use of trend method in the strategic planning; the recommendations related to introducing the interaction of dairy producers with milk processing enterprises; the recommendations related to the formation of the organizational and legal mechanism of implementing the strategy of milk subcomplex enterprise development. Degree of introduction: the research results are used by the Central Department of the economy of Zhytomyr Oblast State Adminisration for working out the strategy of the oblast development, as well as by the Central Department of the agroindustrial development for the efficient functioning of the coordination commissions on the dairy produce market. The above results can be also used in the educational process of the State Agroecological University Efficiency: the research results make it possible to substantiate the main ways of developing milk subcomplex enterprises on the basis of improving the mechanism of the economic interacting of milk producers and mil processing enterprises. Sphere of application: the central departments of the economy and of agroindustrial development, local self-government, associations of dairy producers, higher educational establishments, farm enterprises.
