Essay

The dissertation is devoted to studying the local protection in patients with for the first time diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis associated with the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the increase of the treatment efficiency of this type of patients. There are determined the peculiarities of the indices changes of local immunity and the surfactant system of lung in patients with concomitant pathology and there is established the positive influence of fenspiride on the disturbances determined. There is proved the usage of fenspiride with the complex therapy in patients having pulmonary tuberculosis associated with the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease to promote indeed the increase of the treatment efficiency due to the pronounced positive dynamics of the main clinic symptoms, bronchoscopic indices and the roentgenologic picture. Area of application - phthisiology.
