In particular the author investigates legal nature of detention of a person who has committed a crime. Legal and factual reasons with the corpus delicti of a criminal-legal detention are analyzed; the problems of realization the right for detention of a person, who has committed a crime by officers of law-enforcement agencies and notion and types of excess of actions required for detentions of a person, who has committed a crime, as well as question of criminal responsibility for such excess are explored.
