Terlertska Y. The Formation and Introduction of the System of Anti-Crisis Management at Enterprises

The dissertation dwells on the development of theoretical and methodological and application foundations of the formation of the effective system of anti-crisis management at industrial enterprises under the condition of market transformation of economy. The version of practical instrument of diagnosis of crisis situation at enterprises has been suggested by the author. The proposition of creating the structural unit (crisis warning service) at industrial enterprises has been groundet; the variants of formation of management structure which correlates with preventive anti-crisis management have been offered. The model of forecasting of the crisis of an industrial enterprise which is based on the employment of weak signals of arising the danger of the development of crisis processes has been improved. Modern instruments of improvement of anti-crisis management at enterprises have been argued.
