Havrylyuk O. Build-up and state regulation of animal health market in Ukraine

The object of research – animal health market. The purpose of research – formulation of conceptual conditions regarding development of veterinary pharmaceutical industry, elaboration of theoretical and practical essential principles of forming and improvement of state regulation mechanism of domestic animal health market. Methods of research: historical; of analysis, synthesis and comparison; observation, questioning, statistical methods of information processing, extrapolation; grouping, economic analysis, aim structuring, modeling of managerial processes; of expert evaluation. Main features of animal health market are first specified, and also main criteria of its segmentation are determined. Were improved: classification of factors of impact on animal drugs consumption, methodical conditions regarding creation of information support; structure of information system of state veterinary authority is proposed. Got further development: the scheme of innovation cycle in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry; principles regarding combination of mechanisms of state regulation and self-regulation of veterinary pharmaceutical industry and animal health market, components of system of research and determination of capacity and structure of domestic animal health market and its segments. Results were introduced into activity of State department of veterinary medicine of Ukraine, into activity of veterinary pharmaceutical companies, and also into educational process. The sphere of use is company and industry management in field of veterinary medicines manufacturing.
