Essay

The work is devoted to study of structural and functional peculiarities of gastric mucous of rats in condition of using Bisphosphonates in combination with Hydrocortison in animals of different age and in different terms of observation. Histological, morphometry method, statistical methods and method of electron microscopy were used in the investigation. It was revealed that injection of Zoledronic acid and its combination with Hydrocortison leads to the changes in gastric mucosa structural components in rats of various age and changes are noted at all stages of its structural organization. Manifestation of these changes depends upon the age of the animals and term of injection.
