The dissertation submitted for consideration presents the following innovations: working out of the algorithm of acceptable management decisions aimed at the increase of efficiency of financial and economic activities of trade enterprises; development of the technique for monitoring the changes in the system of state control over the activities of retail trade enterprises; advancing of a new mechanism of trade enterprises taxation. This includes a basically new concept of taxation, the option of criterion and a new approach to the design of taxation scale and the calculation of taxation rate.
