Dudnik L. Administrative and legal provision of the tax militia activity on counteraction of fictitious entrepreneurship

The dissertation is devoted to the development of administrative and legal provi-sion of the activity tax militia on counteraction of fictitious entrepreneurship. The histori-cal legal aspects of entrepreneurial activities and the conditions of appearance fictitious enterprise are investigated. Administrative and legal regulations of entrepreneurial activ-ity and social danger of fictitious enterprise are generalized and determined in the disser-tation. Such notion as "fictitious entrepreneurship" and "fictitious enterprises" is analyzed in the dissertation and on its basis a number of scientific conclusions and propositions on their legislation regulation are proved.
