Dissertation covers interaction peculiarities of Azospirillum sp. bacteria with the potato plants and influence of new biological preparation of complex action Biogran, created on the basis of azospirills and vermicompost on the microbial associations' formation in plants root zone and physiological aspects of production process optimization at combination of bacterization with the different levels of plants fertilizationApplication of bogran in the potato plants cultivation technologies optimizes formation of microbial associations in rhizosphere thus positively influencing the behavior of biological transformation of biogenic elements in root zone and improving plants mineral nutrition. Use of biogran enhances development of potato plants root system; formation of photosynthetic apparatus; starch and ascorbic acid synthesis. The potato yield was increased on 8,7 - 28,0 % depending on the soil fertility and plant cultivar. At this the improvement of product marketability and its quality was observed.The nitrates level in tubers was decreased.
