Essay

The dissertation is devoted to research of interaction between active strains of nodule bacteria and lupin plants and influence of soil fungi on forming and functioning of symbiotic system lupine - Bradyrhizobium sp. (Lupinus). The results of vegetation and field experiments which served a basis for selection of complementary strain to new sort of white lupin Schedry 50 Bradyrhizobium sp. (Lupinus) 5500/4 is introduced in this work. Pathogenic fungi - the root diseases agents: F.culmorum, F.oxysporum, F.avenaceum heve been isolated from staggering roots of yellow lupin. Saprophytic fungus G. zaleskii 278, which have been isolated from staggering nodules of white lupin showed high activity on lupin plants. It has been shown that activity of symbiotic nitrogen fixation went down to a considerable extent on influence of saprophytic fungus G. zaleskii 278 and pathogenic fungus F. oxysporum var. orthoceras 400. It is introduced probable mechanism of negative influence G. zaleskii 278. It is revealed decrease of spreading and development of the root rots at crops of lupin by inoculation of seed by Bradyrhizobium sp. (Lupinus) 5500/4.
