Essay

Object - lymphoproliferative neoplasms of orbit and ocular adnexa. Purpose - to optimize diagnostics of lymphoproliferative neoplasms of orbit and ocular adnexa by the rational use clinical, morphological, immunohystochemical and cytogenetical methods of research. Apparatus - light microscope of Carl Zeiss. Modified method of diagnostics of small cell lymphoproliferative neoplasms in clinical ophthalmooncology it is necessary to perfom in two stages: leadthrough of differential diagnostics between reactive lymphoid hyperplasia and lymphoma at the first stage; in the case of presence of B-cell lymphoma the second stage should be performed conducted on establishment of cellular type of the last. It was established that probability of small cell lymphoma presence which has monomorphic structure less than 92,6% patients more than 62. The results are adopted at the Filatov Institute. The sphere of application: medicine, ophthalmology.
