Essay

In healthy young school children are determined: different level adaptation abilities of the human body's, physical capability for work and physical readiness, which fairly characterize children's health state under current conditions. The most informative indices are determined (SOD, MDA, O2 FRO, FI FRO) on the base of which we can determine peculiarities of the adaptation processes course and the effectiveness of the metabolic correction, aimed at normalization of free-radical oxidation level. The polysynaptic changes of the indices of the pro-oxidant- anti-oxidant state and the mitochondrial oxidation of children have been picked out that characterize the formation of the definite metabolic types that reflect the level of non specific resistance: "stable", "compensated", "subcompensated". It is proved that the singlet-oxygen therapy as a method of the metabolic correction with marked anti-oxidant and energotropic effect can be used successfully as an independent method to increase adaptation abilities of the human body's in childhood of healthy children in order as to make healthy and preventive measures as well as in complex treatment of a number of illnesses as an extra remedy that strengthens the effectiveness of the principal treatment.
