The dissertation is devoted to complex research of corruption as social phenomenon and legal category, and also corruption as offences and crimes in activity of employees of law-enforcement bodies. The general and special preconditions of the occurrence of corruption among employees of LEB, its consequences and influence on the development of public relations in the state.The author establishes spheres of professional work of employees of law-enforcement bodies which are the most liable to corruption. Organizational administrative principles of system of counteraction of corruption in law-enforcement bodies on the basis of norms of administrative law are developed.On the basis of theoretical conclusions of research and the analysis of the current legislation, the international experience are developed and made the offers directed on perfection of the anticorruption legislation and activity of subjects of struggle against corruption among employees of law-enforcement bodies.
