Object - the wetted loessial bases, it is long-standing pressed out by the bases of buildings; the purpose - an estimation of the stressed-deformed state (SDS) of the wetted loessial bases foundations of their over a long period explication; methods - trays researches on the method of the one-parametrical planning of experiment; standard laboratory methods of definition of physic-mechanical properties of soils; methods of mathematical statistics for treatment of results of experiment; method of ultimate elements (МUE) for modeling the SDS of the bases; geodesic looking after settling of buildings which build on; novelty - for the first time new analytical dependences of increase of mechanical characteristics are established is long pressed out wetted loessial soils from middle pressure under the sole of foundation to calculation resistance of wetted natural soil more than 0,65; modified resiliently-plastic model of soil for the increase of exactness of evaluation of SDS wringing out lasted wetted of bases of loessial of foundations by MUE and foot-pace-iteration procedures; within the limits of method of the layer adding up the new method of determination of the additional settling of bases is offered at the reconstruction of buildings on wringing out lasted soils.
