Shubin O. Managing the system of business-interactions at metallurgical plants

Object of the study is organizing-economic processes of management metallurgical enterprise on base business-interactions in market condition. Objective of study is development scientifically-methodical basis and development practical recommendation increasing to efficiency of management metallurgical enterprise on base their business-interactions. Methods of research are dialectical, analytical, modelling, groups, expert estimation and SERVQUAL. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical generalizations and practical recommendations on optimization of the system business-interactions metallurgical enterprise in modern condition. Novelty is deepening existing theoretical positions on increasing of efficiency business-interactions industrial enterprise and development scientifically-practical recommendation to optimization of the modern forms their cooperation on internal and foreign markets metallic product in condition of the intensification of the competitive fight.
