Object of the study is process of the development to financial and economic activity enterprise on base economic motivated decisions to realization investment project. Objective of study is motivation scientifically-methodical toolbox of the choice of the optimum decisions and development recommendation at the option of the sources resource for ensuring investment project developments industrial enterprise. Methods of research are formal and dialectical logic, qualitative analysis and syntheses, system approach, economic and mathematical modelling. Theoretical and practical results: the concept of the ensuring the development industrial production; recommendations on strategic planning the development enterprise.
