Object - grain market as institutional creation and complex economic system. Aim - substantiation of theoretical and methodological rules, and also development of scientific - practical recommendations concerning forming of the competitive grain market on the basis of study and generalizations of theoretical rules, complex condition of manufacture and distribution of a grain, definition of the basic laws of its functioning. Methods - comparative analysis, grouping, graphic, method of correlative-regressive analysis, method of trend definitions, abstract and logical, analysis and synthesis.
