Object: is an aggregate of relations in relation to a domain use, and disposing of the landed resources in agrarian sector in the conditions of his reformation. Aim: there were grounded of theoretical principles and development practical recommendations in relation to reformation and development landed relations in agriculture in terms. Methods: system structural method of cognition, graphic analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, abstractly logical, cross-correlation regressive analysis, economic statistical grouping. Results – there were grounded the conceptual principles in relation to reformation and development of the landed relations in terms transformations of patterns of ownership and menage. Novelty: new approaches are offered in relation to expansion landed system of accruals at village soviets, methodical approaches are improved in relation to determination of lease paying is for the lease of lands of lots, proprietors earths particles (shares), theoretical approaches are improved inrelation to development of earths relations.
