Enginery of a sulphur removal of pig-iron by a granulouse magnesium in blast-furnace and casting ladles. Development of new mechanical machinery for a sulphur removal of pig-iron. The mathematical analysis, computer, instrumentation. Is generated, approved and realized in an industry the original mechanism of fixation tuyeres at a blowing through. The method of definition of the power base and design value of his lever system is designed. The analytical dependences allowing to define an amplification factor of the mechanism are received. The expediency and opportunity of operability assurance of his work in a mode of self-braking is rotined. The applying of mechanical fixation tuyeres in working position provides a stable blowdown mode and prevents transfer of dynamic loads on a traction mechanism of transportation tuyeres and metal construction.
