Research object: system of economic processes and attitudes, which form efficiency of activity of the subjects managing in the AIC meat - production subcomplex of region. Research purpose : the theoretical, methodical and practical substantiation of the organizational - economic bases of increase of efficiency of functioning the AIC meat - production subcomplex. Research methods: the dialectic, abstract - logic, statistical, correlation analysis, economic-mathematical. Theoretical and practical results: in the theoretical plan the system of parameters of an estimation of efficiency of functioning the AIC meat - production subcomplex is offered. In practical - the offers concerning increase of an economic efficiency of manufacture of meat of large horned cattle and pigs are brought in. Novelty inculcate: the model the AIC meat - production subcomplex is proved; is developed the organizational - functional structure regional preparing - marketing cooperative societies; the system of the organizational - economic bases concerning maintenance of competitiveness of production of meat cattle breeding and is proved. A degree of introduction: the results are accepted for use by senior Management of agroindustrial development in Odessa region. Sphere of use: is agrarian economics and AIC.
