Object of research: system of appraisal and consulting as the mechanism maintenance of is innovative-investment development in agrarian sector of economy. The purpose of research: a substantiation of offers concerning formation of system of appraisal and consulting maintenance of is innovative-investment development in agrarian sector of economy of Ukraine. Methods: the system approach, a graphic, index method of the economic analysis, supervision, comparison, the analysis, synthesis, abstract-logic. Theoretical and practical results: the Investigated theoretical bases of is innovative-investment development in agrarian sector of economy. Dynamics of formation of components of system of appraisal and consulting is considered.
