Object- 120 patients with psoriatic arthritis (PA), 64 - from them - with nonspecific reactive hepatitis(NRH). Features of occurence of NRH at patients with PA are established, the concept of PA pathogenesis, with raised production of pro- and lower - of antiinflammatory cytokines, with activation of processes lipoperoxidation, exhaustion of antioxidant reserves. Develops the differentiated approach to treatment of PA (zinaxin,glutargin), taking in attention a functional condition of a liver. Branch-medicine.
