Kukhta P. Management of investment activities at Ukrainian enterprises

The work is devoted to the complex research of theoretical basis of managing investment activities at Ukrainian enterprises as well as to developing methodic basis of taking investment decisions. Main aspects of investment resources formation are discovered. The article gives characteristics to such essential management components of performing investment activities at enterprise. In this work the candidate analyses already-existed models of enterprise capital estimation, he defines those models which are acceptable to be implemented in Ukrainian economic practice. The article analyses opportunities and expediency of performing different methods to estimate investment project efficiency. The integral index of project performance expediency and complex analytical model of enterprises capital value estimation are developed.
