The dissertation considers theoretical, methodical and practical issues of the effective mechanism formation for risk management of the enterpise working assets creliting, which suggests the interation of a bank and an enterprise-borrower for the whole period of credit relations, which will provide enough incom of means for debt service and will guarantee the stability of the positive financial result of the activities of both enterpise and bank.
