Obushnyy S. The financial provision of political parties' activity in Ukraine.

The comprehensive research of the theory and practice of financial provision of political parties' activity under the conditions of Ukrainian economy transformation has been carried out in this dissertation. The theoretical and methodological fundamentals of financial provision of political parties' activity were determined. It was established the necessity of using the range of definitions during economic research of political parties' financing. Additionally, it was analyzed the experience of financial provision of political parties' activity in economically developed countries and proposed separate components of such experience for implementation of political parties financing in Ukraine. As a result of the conducted research the place and role of the every source of financing (own, private and governmental funds) for the current political parties' activity were defined. In the thesis were specified the main financial flows of the income part of political parties' budget during election campaign aswell as its application. Moreover, it was analyzed the effectiveness of the present means of audit and accountancy for political investment as well as the range of changes to the legislative acts aiming on improving of financial provision of political parties' activity under the conditions of market reformations in Ukraine.
