Object - features of clinical course, pathogenesis, microbiocenosis of the oral cavity of 136 patients with generalized periodontitis. Pathogenetic role of blood cytocine status, lipids peroxidation, cells apoptosis and cytogenetic changes in the disease course has been proved. Differential schmes of complex periodontitis treatment with use of amizon and lipoflavon have been developed and investigated. It has been introduced into the studying and treatment process.
