Glukh M. Legal frameworks of financing of communal economy

The stage of financial providing of communal economy from the position of financial law is probed in this dissertation. The notion of "communal economy" and its place in the system in the financial - legal state mechanism is researched, besides the main principles of communal economy financiering are outlined. The peculiarities of the financial relations in the sphere of communal economy are exposed here. The authorities of the executive power bodies in the sphere of financiering of the communal economy and the sources of the financiering of the branch are also distinguished in this manuscript. Also the peculiarities of non-budget facilities involving to the financiering of the communal economy are defined. The necessity of Law of Ukraine "On communal economy financiering" reception is substantiated here. Besides, the foreign experience of communal economy financiering is analyzed and new directions of improvement of the normatively legal base concerning the communal economy financiering of Ukraine inthe European integration context are outlined.
