Thesis is dedicated to the analysis of the theoretical, methodological and legal issues of the financial control coordination. It defines the essence of financial control coordination, its aim and tasks, kinds and principles; it researches the principal elements of the financial control system such as controlling and controllable subjects; it interprets such notions as "the form of financial control coordination", "the procedures of financial control coordination", "the methods of financial control coordination"; it characterizes the forms and methods of financial control coordination; it defines the peculiarities of cooperation among controlling subjects, their relation with governmental bodies and local authorities and interaction with law enforcement bodies, it defines the forms and procedures of cooperation and coordination used; it works out proposals of improving legislation in force concerning the organization and exercising of financial control.
