Prodanova I. Formation and development of agrarian market infrastructure region.

Object of research: is the process of formation and development of subjects of agrarian market infrastructure in Ivano-Frankivst region. The purpose of research: is development of theoretical and methodological as well as scientific and applied fundamentals of organization and functioning of agrarian market infrastructure, grounding of directions of its development in the region. Methods: scientific abstraction, monographic, system analysis and synthesis, correlative and regressive, statistic and economic, economic and mathematic method of analysis of dynamic rows, graphic and other. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical and methodological basis is formed by fundamentals of economic theory and systematic and dialectic approach as to study of economic processes and phenomena, which deal with the development of agrarian market infrastructure in the region, scientific works, legal and normative acts of Ukraine concerning formation and functioning of agrarian market infrastructure. Practical importance of the received results is in fact that their use makes it possible to improve mechanism of formation and further development of agrarian market infrastructure in the region. Research novelty: for the first time it is proposed to make increase in the effectiveness of functioning of agrarian market infrastructure by means of quantitative change of infrastructural agro formations in administrative districts of the region basing ion the calculation of the optimum amounts of products sale, according to the existing demand and supply; notions “market”, “agrarian market” and “agrarian market infrastructure” are specified: model of organization of agrarian market infrastructure is presented: scientific and methodological approaches as to formation of effective infrastructure of agrarian market in the region are proposed: mechanism of creation and further devel-opment of agrarian market infrastructure in the region and at-traction of population to such farms on the basis of agricultural cooperation is described; peculiarities of establishment and de-velopment of agrarian market infrastructure in the investigated region and methodology of evaluation of functioning effective-ness of its certain elements are determined; proposals as to prospective of effective agrarian market infrastructure development have been further developed; recommendations as to control of the activity of intermediate structures in the infrastructure of agrarian market are done. Level of introduction: results of the research are accepted for the introduction at Main department of agro industrial development of Ivano-Frankivsk regional state administration, Ivano-Frankivsk agrarian commodity, are used in the educational process of Pre Carpathian National University named after Vasyl Stefanyk. Effectiveness: results of the research ground conception of development of agrarian market infrastructure in the region basing on the quantitative changes of infrastructural agro formations, improvement of economic protection of agricultural enterprises, optimization of the amount of products sales, arrangement of effective functioning of agrarian exchange. Sphere, field of usage: main department of agro industrial development of regional and district state administrations, agricultural enterprises, agrarian commodity exchanges as well as educational process of agrarian educational establishment.
