On the basis of complex clinic-psychopathological and pathopsychological investigation patients with HIV-infection is got in relation to the features of forming, displays and motion of psychical desadaptation , depending on the stage and duration of illness. An abnormal - structure and abnormal psychology mechanisms of forming of psychical desadaptation on the different stages and duration of illness and its influence is studied on motion of basic disease.
