On the basis of complex clinic-psychopathological and pathopsychological investigation patients with HIV-infection is got in relation to the features of forming, displays and motion of psychical desadaptation , depending on the stage and duration of illness. An abnormal - structure and abnormal psychology mechanisms of forming of psychical desadaptation on the different stages and duration of illness and its influence is studied on motion of basic disease. Found out prognostic meaningfulness of separate factors for determination of psychical desadaptation. Distributing of inspected HIV-infection of patients with is conducted groups psychical healthy I depending on the stage and duration of disease. On the basis of study level anxiety the method of prognostic of authenticity of origin of psychical desadaptation is developed the degree of the depressed disorders. Research of indexes of reactivity of organism of patients with HIV-infekction found out the decline of reactivity expressed for certain, thatalready on the early stages of disease at his small duration, and that increases as far as progress of illness. That give possibility to forecast authenticity of origin of desadaptation of patients with HIV-infektion and apply facilities of its correction on patogenetics levels.
