Dissertation determines peculiarities of land legal background in concession legal relationship based on the priority of land legislation that regulates grounds, conditions, order. A specific procedure of obtaining legal right in parcel of land by a concessioner, peculiarities of land environmental protection, application of land legal responsibilities in concession activity are determined in the dissertation as a result of a research of real cases of concession legislation application.
