Gura E. Psychic and behavior disorders in adolescents, deprived of parental guardianship (clinical picture, diagnosis, rehabilitation)

There were examined 100 adolescents, deprived of parental guardianship with behavior disorders (BD). By the time of examination, BD (F91-92) were revealed in 95% of adolescents. Disorders of social behavior (F91) were diagnosed in 31%. Combined BD and emotions (F92) in 64%, BD and emotions of preclinical level were present in 5% of adolescents. So clinical picture of BD allows to distinguish 4 clinical groups of patients: 1-st - with disorder of social behavior; 2-nd -with depressive BD; 3-d - with anxious BD; 4-th - with anxious-depressive BD. Distinguishing of clinical groups served as the basis for distinguishing of rehabilitation stages. Basic method of treatment - psychotherapy, aimed at psychosocial adaptation and development of personality. Clinical-psychopathologic, experimental-psychologic investigations showed their informativity for formalization and objectivization of psycho-emotional state of adolescents with BD at the stage of their adaptation in supporting establishments.
