Galaziuk N. The state regulation of the results of the financial and economical work of natural monopolies.

The dissertation is devoted to the solving of actual scientific task concerning the elaboration of the complex system of actions of the state regulation of the results of the financial and economical work. The recording and analytics basis of forming the tariffs on communal services are analyzed according to the debit principle. The methods of finding the results and their conformity with the realities of the practices of the monopoly constituents functioning in the native economy are studied. Recommendations were proposed to compare incomes and debits for finding the natural monopolies' activities according to the financial and tax mechanism is elaborated. The procedure of forming the analytic basis for combining the economical effectiveness and social access of communal services is proved.
