Essay

Theoretical and practical issues related to state regulation of cross-border economic relations are researched in this dissertation work. Economic science technical terms are specified, legal acts of cross-border cooperation are classified, practical recommendations as to further development of ukrainian-polish cross-border cooperation are given, measures of their optimization are defined. Polish experience of euroregionalization is studied. Main directions of reforms in the Ukrainian legislation on euroregional policy, its harmonization with acquis communautaire (European legislation) and ways of improving of ukrainian-polish cross-border relations.
