Essay

The dissertation deals with the structure formation of a conductive composite materials based on сBN. The effect of the structure of a two-layer composite material with a working layer of cBN with addition of Al and TiC(TiN) on a WC-Co hard alloy substrate on electrophysical properties of the material has been studied. It has been established that the addition of Al powder in amount of 8 mass % and TiC in amount of 26 mass % increases the conductivity of the ISM-developed composite as compared with the known composite materials of the cBN-Al system.
