State R. State Regulation of Growth in Passenger Traffic Efficiency

The dissertation is devoted to solutions of current problems dealing with theoretical grounds for rail passenger traffic, being part of economics and state economy regulation of Ukraine, aimed at higher quality of service provided and its efficiency. For this purpose it has been designed a state regulation model of management structure for rail passenger traffic. It has been determined the essence, importance and necessity of restructuring railway passenger enterprises of Ukraine. It has been presented necessary conditions for implementation of the restructuring programme. The implementation of the programme proposed has stipulated the designing of mechanism providing scientific and economic grounds for efficient introducing of new forms of high speed passenger traffic. It is necessary to work out principles for evaluating the introduction of predictable types of high speed traffic. The main goal of economic basis is getting a profitable model for the innovative investment project. It has been createda multiversion model and on its base it has been calculated economic efficiency for introducing the most efficient passenger traffic in Ukraine. It has been calculated main economic indexes and gained higher efficiency for rail passenger transportation in Ukraine.
