Dissertation work is devoted the receipt of estimations of norms of integral transformations of type packages of functions to one and many variables in spaces S(p,m) and L(p,m) depending on their best approaching. Modern methods of theory of functions, functional analysis and approximation theory have been used in this paper. The results are new. They have been pablished in leading scientific editions and they can be used in further investigations of extremal problems of approximation theory.
