Object is a process of influence of production capacities on providing of efficiency menages enterprises in oil and gas output industry. Aim is is the development of theoretical and methodical positions of the increasing the efficiency of oil and gas output enterprises by a way of managing the employment of industrial capacity. Methods are structurally logical analysis of the systems, factor analysis, grouping, indexing, graphic, approximations and designing, classification analytical comparison, of cause and effect, induction, deduction, analysis, synthesis. Results are: theoretical and methodical principles of the managering of the production capacities for an increasing the efficiency of oil and gas output enterprises, also the system of the estimating the efficiency of production and managering of the separate operations or processes. Novelty is in the mechanism managering the production capacities, in the system of indexes of production capacities and in the three-level functionally orientedsystem of indexes for analizing of the efficiency of production and managering the processes and operations.
