Essay

Organization and economic activity of sunflower production and processing enterprises in condition of market is investigated. Theoretic aspects of management are summarized. Economic effectiviness of sunflower seeds production and channels of its realization, condition of processing is analysed. Methodical approaches on control of sunflower sowing using optimization methods for increasing its production without padding of financial and labor forces are proposed. Season indexes of purchasing and selling prices of sunflower seed oil to obtain unified value using median are summarized.
