The dissertation is devoted to using of new prognostic criteria in cases of endometrial hyperplasia and cancer – availability of methylation of genes hMLH1 and АРС. Developed algorithm for treatment of patients with glandular and atypical endometrial hyperplasia taking into consideration new prognostic factors – availability of methylation of genes hMLH1 and АРС, which allowed to individualize approaches to treatment of patients for the purpose of prophylaxis of endometrial cancer and improvement of the results of treatment of patients with the said disease.
