Pal'chuk P. Licensing of trade activity in Ukraine

.A complex research of problems of legislative regulation of trade activity licensing in Ukraine is made in the thesis. The correlation between economic activity licensing in general and trade activity licensing in particular, both general and special is analyzed. The author defined particularities of trade activity as an object of licensing. The competence of licensing organs is researched and legislative status of licensors is defined in the thesis. The order of granting licenses for carrying out of trade activity is analyzed and the concept of non-fiscal character of licensing is grounded in the work. The peculiarities of control carried out by state organs in trade activity licensing sphere are defined. The issues of administrative-legislative responsibility for law violations in trade activity licensing sphere are also researched.
