The paper is devoted to the study of the impact of biological (inherited, perinatal, alimentary and other), psychological (peculiarities of a personality), social (of a micro social sphere), and infectious (HP) causes, of their role and weight in genesis of chronic gastroduodenal pathology in children, to the development of the method of complex correction of chronic gastroduodenal pathology with its effect on the psycho emotional sphere of children to increase the efficiency of aid to this group of patients. The given approach is systematic and corresponds to the modern view of chronic gastroduodenal pathology as a biopsychosocial illness. The paper describes peculiarities of the clinical situation of different nosological forms of chronic gastroduodenal pathology and it reveals its close connection with psychological status of children. Psychological profiles of children with different clinical forms of chronic gastroduodenal pathology are composed. Predictors of development of destructive forms of chronic gastroduodenal pathology of children are pointed out. A hypothesis on the primary origin of psychological causes of chronic gastroduodenal pathology development of children is introduced. It is proved that the influence of psychological determinants on the development of НР(+) and НР(-) forms of chronic gastroduodenal pathology of children is equivalent. The most important intra-family and extra-family microsocial causes of development and progressing of chronic gastroduodenal pathology of children are defined. High effectiveness of the method of complex treatment of children with chronic gastroduodenal pathology, which includes psychotherapy and psycho correction, was introduced, tested and proved.
