A research object is the technological process of load of friable materials in valvular sacks. The purpose of work is the rise of efficiency of load of fine-grained friable materials of the agricultural setting by the improvement of construction and determination of rational parameters and modes of operations of feeder. Research methods. Theoretical researches are executed on the basis of laws of mechanics, mathematical methods of design of technological process of motion of stream of friable material, the methods of differential-integral calculation are applied . Experimental researches are conducted in laboratory and production terms by the mathematical planning of experiments. Computations and statistical experimental data processing are executed with the use of COMPUTER. The developed construction of tworotor feeder is offered to OGK OAO of “Chervona zirka”, Kirovograd. Machines for fine-grained friable materials load-measuring out are the sphere of the use.
