Essay

Object of study: process of the development strategy formulation for production enterprises. Aim of research: development of the model, method and information technology for effective enterprise development strategy definition with regard for unstable conditions. Method of research: fundamentals of mathematic programming, theory of probability and the theory of fuzzy sets. Scientific novelty of the study: models of multicriterial dynamic boolean enterprise development strategy definition problems with algorithmic and analytic aim functions and restrictions accounting for risks, uncertainties and demand correction measures were firstly developed; an algorithmic model for sugar refinery production output calculation with regard to varying sugar beet quality was also firstly introduced; an information technology in the framework of the decision making assistance system for production enterprise development strategy formulation accepted further enhancement. Theoretical and practical value of the results: due to accounting for risks and uncertainties the enterprise development definition process efficiency can be increased; an effective development plan including production reconstruction and demand correction measures can be formulated. Results approvement: materials and results of the study were implemented at the firm "Diffuziya" (City of Kiew) and in teaching activities at the NTU "KhPI". Implementation field of the obtained results are different kinds of production enterprises, in particular sugar refineries, machine building plants, etc.
