Semerenko L. The state of processes of adaptation for children with the disturbances of the cardiac rhythm and their correction in different stages of treatment.

Dissertation is devoted the study of the state of adaptation for children with arrhythmias and to the increase of efficiency of their treatment. Tension of reactions of adaptations is exposed as an increase of indexes of frequency of cardiac reductions, diminishing of day's index of arterial pressure, an increase of waves low and very low frequencies from data of day's heart rate variability, intercommunication of expressed of violations of regulators and arhythmical syndrome is shown. The features of arterial pressure, indexes of risk of arterial hypertension and hormonal status are set for children with different arrhythmias. Dependence of tension of reactions of adaptations and arhythmical syndrome is shown on expressed of signs nondifferent fybrodisplations. Efficiency of the use of procedures bioresonance vibrostimulation and preparation of angio-in'el in treatment on the ambulatory and sanatorium-resort stages is proved.
